Dr. Shileyn Rego grew up in Rochester, NY, before attending Cornell University in 2008 to earn her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She continued at Cornell, completing her DVM degree at the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.

After graduation, she moved to the Buffalo area and has been practicing locally since. Dr. Rego has developed a special interest in preventative care, internal medicine, and feline health.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Rego enjoys reading, traveling, and baking. She resides in Clarence with her husband, three kids, and two cats, Mango and Squirrel.
